Operating Model as Code
Describe an organization's operating model as version-controlled, machine-readable data — who exists, who reports to whom, who provides what to whom, what they're accountable for — as a small graph of typed entities in Git, validated like code.
Framework-neutral at its core; management frameworks (Team Topologies first) attach as extensions. A single source of truth you can validate, query, and diff.
The spec, schema, and linter live on GitHub. A proper site is on the way.
Schemas resolve under /schemas/. This page is a placeholder.
